Dues To Be Honored at Open House

 A public open house honoring nearly 40 years of service by Minster-Jackson Township Fire Department Chief Dale Dues will be held from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, March 5 at the Knights of Columbus Hall at 40 N. Main Street in Minster.

Dues is retiring from the force in early March. He first joined Minster's fire department in 1977.

His final day on the job will be Sunday, March 5. Rich Prenger will be taking over as the new chief.

Minster's Village Council approved a resolution honoring Dues' service at its Tuesday, Feb. 21 meeting.
